Shipping Information:
We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS to fulfill all dropship orders. At checkout, you’ll see the available shipping methods and costs, determined by your order’s weight, size, and destination. For bulk orders exceeding 300 pounds, we rely on FedEx Freight or other carriers like AAA Cooper. Since website calculators can’t estimate these bulk shipping fees, we’ll assemble your order first, then provide a quote.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees reflect only the actual costs based on item weight, package dimensions, point of origin, and destination zip code. Oversized items incur rates calculated automatically, depending on their size and weight. Our cart connects directly with UPS and USPS to offer you our volume discounts and extremely accurate rates. If you notice any discrepancies in the charges, please contact us so we can correct them promptly. Select products feature free ground shipping within the Continental US, indicated by a Free Shipping icon on their pages.

Return Policies
To return an item, you must email cv1dag@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus any applicable charges below. Items that are used, excessively worn, dirty, contain pet hair, have unspooled wire or flags, or show signs of use are non-refundable. Used or opened Doggie Dooley products also aren’t eligible for returns due to sanitation concerns.
Some goods ship directly from the manufacturer. If so, we’ll provide the correct return address—if you send these items to us instead, you’ll be charged return shipping costs, or the delivery may be refused. Use a reputable carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) and include a tracking number.
For your return, remember to:
- Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
- Mark your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship to the provided address.
Returns lacking both an RMA and invoice copy will incur a 10% return fee. If you refuse delivery or mark an order as “Return to Sender,” you will be responsible for both the outgoing and return shipping fees, plus a 10% restocking charge. Refunds or credit memos are typically issued within two weeks after the item is shipped back, often sooner. This timeline covers transit (5–10 business days) and processing (3–5 business days). We’ll notify you by email once your return has been processed. Store credits are applied to future purchases. Please note: Return policies and procedures may change at any time without prior notice
